High production efficiency: Continuous casting process can continuously produce large copper rods, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
Material saving: Because it is continuous production, the corner waste generated in the traditional intermittent casting process is reduced, saving raw materials.
High product quality: The casting process can control the internal grain structure of the copper rod, so that it has uniform physical and chemical properties, improve the electrical conductivity and mechanical strength of the product.
High dimensional accuracy: the casting process of large copper rods can accurately control the size, reducing the workload and cost of subsequent processing.
Process flow
Melting and refining: The copper material is fed into the melting furnace to be heated and melted, and goes through the refining process of deoxidation and removal of impurities.
Casting: The refined copper liquid is cooled and formed in the casting machine to form large copper rods.
Cooling and shearing: The copper rods are gradually cured during the cooling process and shear according to the required length.
Post-treatment: After surface treatment and quality inspection, large copper rods can be directly put into use or further processed.
