The raw material used in this production line is bright scrap copper wire or electrolytic copper sheet, and the advanced core furnace is selected to produce oxygen-free copper rods with oxygen content of not more than 0.02%, total impurity content of not more than 0.05%, and copper content of more than 99.5% by using upward-induction continuous casting process. This production line can produce 100 tonnes of copper per month. As the process of this production line is selected by the upward-induction method, this production line has small investment in equipment, flexible plant layout, and can also produce different specifications and different varieties of copper on the same machine. The semi-finished products produced by this line can be used in the production of copper busbar.
