This production line is mainly used to produce brass tube and purple copper tube, with a monthly output of 300-500T. Copper tubes produced by this production line are widely used in the electronic field, such as the internal connection lines of mobile phones, computers and other electronic products. Meanwhile, in the electric power industry, copper tube is also used to manufacture electrical equipment, wires, sockets and so on. Due to its good corrosion resistance, copper tube is also widely used in chemical industry.

The raw materials used in this production line are copper scrap and electrolytic copper with 99% copper content. The advanced medium frequency furnace is used to produce oxygen-free copper rods with oxygen content of not more than 0.02%, total impurity content of not more than 0.05%, and copper content of more than 99.5% by using the upward-drawing method of continuous casting process. This production line can produce 100 tonnes of copper per month. Due to the process of this production line to choose the upper lead method, the production line equipment investment is small, flexible plant layout, can also be produced on the same machine with different specifications, different varieties of copper.
