Anaerobic rod drawing line is a kind of equipment specially used for the production of anaerobic copper rod, the production process can effectively reduce the oxygen content of copper, to ensure that the product has good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties. Oxygen free copper rod is widely used in power, cable, electronics, communication and other fields. The following is the application scope and working principle of the anaerobic rod up-drawing production line:
Application range of anaerobic rod leading production line:
Power industry: Because of its excellent electrical conductivity, oxygen-free copper rod is widely used in the manufacture of wire and cable, including high-voltage cable, ultra-high-voltage cable, special cable and so on.
Electronics and communications industry: Oxygen-free copper has excellent oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for the manufacture of wires and connectors in electronic components, circuit boards and communication equipment.
Household appliances: Oxygen-free copper rods are used to manufacture conductive parts and wiring in household appliances to ensure the stability and reliability of current conduction.
New energy vehicles: Due to the high conductivity and high corrosion resistance of oxygen-free copper, it is used to manufacture cables and conductors in the electrical system of new energy vehicles.
Aerospace and military fields: These fields have very high requirements for materials, and oxygen-free copper rods are often used for high-precision connection parts and conductors because of their excellent physical and chemical properties.
The working principle of anaerobic rod leading production line:
Upward Continuous Casting Method is mainly used in the upward continuous casting production line, which can effectively reduce the entry of oxygen and impurities to ensure the high purity of the copper rod produced. The working principle of the production line mainly includes the following steps:
Copper melting: electrolytic copper or other high-purity copper is heated in the furnace to the melting point, so that it melts into liquid copper. Equipment such as natural gas furnaces, electric heating furnaces or induction furnaces are usually used to accomplish this process. In order to ensure the purity of the final product, a protective gas (such as nitrogen) or a vacuum treatment is used during the smelting process to prevent oxidation and impurities.
Refining and insulation: Molten copper is refined to remove impurities and oxygen. By adding a certain amount of deoxidizer (such as phosphorus, boron, etc.) or using a protective atmosphere, the purity of copper can be further improved. The refined copper liquid is transferred to the holding furnace to hold heat, ensuring that its temperature and fluidity are suitable for the subsequent casting process.
Up-lead casting: In the up-lead casting process, copper liquid from the holding furnace through the pipe is introduced into the water-cooled casting mold, and stretched upward to cool the form. Since the flow direction of copper liquid in the casting process is upward, this production process can effectively reduce the deposition of impurities and the formation of oxides, so as to produce high purity, no oxidizing inclusion of copper rod.
Continuous drawing and cooling: During the casting process, the formed copper rod is continuously stretched through a series of drawing devices to ensure uniformity of size and shape. During the drawing process, the copper rod is rapidly cooled by a cooling system (such as a water cooling system) to ensure its grain refinement and dense structure, further improving mechanical properties and electrical conductivity.
Winding and packaging: The cooled copper rod is guided to the winding machine for winding into a tray, which is convenient for subsequent transportation and storage. According to customer requirements, the copper rod can be further surface treatment (such as polishing, coating, etc.) and testing to ensure that the product quality meets the standard.
The advantages of anaerobic rod leading production line:
High purity and low oxygen content: The oxygen-free copper rod produced by up-drawing casting has the characteristics of high purity and low oxygen content, ensuring its excellent electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance.
Continuous production: The up-drawing method is a continuous production process, which reduces downtime and improves production efficiency.
High efficiency and energy saving: Compared with the traditional copper rod production process, the anaerobic rod up-drawing line has lower energy consumption and more competitive production costs.
Excellent product performance: The high tensile strength and good ductility of the oxygen-free copper rod make it suitable for a variety of applications requiring high electrical conductivity and mechanical properties.
As an advanced copper rod production technology, anaerobic rod drawing line can meet the demand of high performance anaerobic copper materials in modern industry and has a broad application prospect.
